What time are check-in and check-out? 
Typically, our check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am. On most occasions, these times are flexible on request.

Does Seaview House have Wi-FI? 
Yes, Seaview House has free and fast NBN Wi-Fi accessible throughout the entire house so you and your guests can stay connected.

Are there individual keys for each bedroom? 
Yes, each bedroom has its own individual key, which is provided to the guest during their stay. In addition, a front door to the property will also be provided for the guest’s convenience.

Are bed linen, towels and hairdryers provided? 
Bed linen is included for your convenience. All beds are triple-sheeted for cleanliness and comfort, and bathroom amenities such as towels, tissues, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and hairdryers are provided, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. Extra blankets are also available to make your stay as cozy as possible.

Can any rooms fit an extra bed? 
Only room 18 offers an additional fold bed upon request (charges apply). Most rooms can fit a portacot. 

Is periodic cleaning for each room available? 
You can request a quote for your cleaning requirements. 

How many people can sleep at the Seaview House? 
There are 15 ensuited bedrooms which can accommodate up to 35 people. 

How many people can be seated in the dining room? 
The dining room can seat up to 35 people. Serving ware, crockery, glassware, and cutlery are provided. 

Is there a projector? 
We do not have a projector. However, the main TV in the entertainment room can connect to a laptop via HDMI or USB. This TV is on an adjustable wall mount so can be moved to be viewed at different angles in the room. 

Is there a BBQ? 
Yes, we do! In fact, we recently added a new stainless steel flat plate BBQ in our private courtyard, which is connected to bottled gas and included with your stay. 

Do you allow BYO alcohol? 

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol to Seaview House as it is not a licensed venue. However, please drink responsibly and ensure that any guests you invite also follow the same guidelines. We want you to have a fun and safe experience at Seaview House. 

Do you provide in-house catering? 
We can offer a list of recommended caterers to come onsite to create customised menus based on your group’s requests, ensuring that your dining experience is tailored to your needs. Please note that we only permit external catering contractors if prior approval has been granted.

Is there a place to store motorbikes, bicycles, surfboards, etc.? 
The property has a secure gate at the rear of Stokes Street. You can unload and store your motorbikes, bicycles, surfboards, and other items safely in the courtyard area. 

Is there parking? 
We do not offer parking on the property. However, there is no need to worry as plenty of unmetered all-day parking is available on the streets nearby, both in front and on the side of the property.  

What is the travel time from Melbourne to Queenscliff? 
Approximately ninety minutes from the city. 

What options are there for groceries in Queenscliff? 
There is an IGA is one block from the property. Woolworths and Coles are located in Ocean Grove (a 15-minute drive). Plenty of coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance from the property. 

Do you have Disabled Access and Facilities? 
Unfortunately there is no disabled access to guest rooms on the first level. However, there are no steps on the ground level to access different rooms. Please let us know in advance if you require any special assistance during your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
